Refunds will be provided for the unused credits only. If you have used a portion of the credits within the 7-day period, the refund will be calculated on a pro-rate basis of the remaining days.

We offer a free plan to let users familiarize with the product before they purchase a subscription.
Refunds will not be provided for any usage beyond the 7-day refund period. Additionally, if a user violates our terms of service, they will not be eligible for a refund.
